Admissions are subject to availability and eligibility criteria set by the school. The school reserves the right to accept or decline any application without providing reasons. All information provided during admission must be accurate and complete.
Fees are due as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission. Late payments may attract additional charges. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of school-initiated rejection.
All students are expected to adhere to the school's code of conduct. This includes wearing proper uniform, attending school regularly, respecting teachers and fellow students, and following school rules.
The prescribed school uniform (Boys: Yellow-Blue Check Shirt + Airforce Blue Pant; Girls: Same shirt + Airforce Blue Skirt) must be worn on all school days. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action.
Transport services are provided as a convenience. The school ensures trained drivers and GPS-tracked vehicles but is not liable for unforeseen delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
The school follows CBSE curriculum and assessment guidelines. Promotions are based on CBSE norms. Irregular attendance may affect academic progress.
Parents are responsible for ensuring regular attendance, completing fee payments on time, and attending parent-teacher meetings. Cooperation with school staff is expected at all times.
The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, for serious violations of school rules, misconduct, or persistent non-compliance.
School events may be photographed for school records and publications. Parents who object to their child's photographs being used must inform the school in writing.
Sri Aurobindo Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated via notice board and circulars.
